THE INCLUSION PLEDGE_

1_
We will maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all people, including employees, visitors, customers, vendors, and clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, religion, or disability.

2_
We will avoid discriminating against any individuals or denying goods or services based on any of these characteristics, and we will provide goods and services to all on the same terms.

3_
We recognize that even with the best intentions of creating a welcoming environment, we will sometimes find challenges to upholding this pledge. When this happens, we will review the EPC’s Inclusion materials and, if needed, reach out to the leadership team of the Elmhurst Pride Collective to schedule Inclusion Education to improve our efforts to provide a welcoming environment to all.

Thank you to the following businesses for signing the Inclusion Campaign Pledge.

Look for the EPC sticker in their windows!
